Packaging:
All orders are packaged carefully. We recycle/reuse packaging whenever possible in order to limit the amount of plastics being used. This saves in cost to you, our customer, to us as an small business, and to our earth.
Shipping:
Shipping is through the US Postal Service, Priority Mail, at this time.
Return policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you received, send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We value a short explanation from you for the reason of return to help us better understand you, our customer, and your needs. This is not necessary, however. Shipping costs for the return are solely your responsibility.
Cancellations or Modifications in Your Order:
If you are able to cancel or modify your order prior to the order shipping, we are happy to make these changes. We will make every effort to notice cancellations, or changes and will make changes accordingly as best as we can. Unfortunately, if you receive your original order without the adjustments you wanted, you will need to do a return and/or place another order.
Backorders:
We make a point of keeping our stock full; however, back orders may happen on rare occasion.
